We receive our freshly handmade pasta from a family-owned company from Cologne on a daily basis. The family Ricchiuito makes their creations with a great love for detail. It does not matter if penne, macaroni, tagliatelle or elaborately filled raviolone, there is something for everybody. With dishes featuring beetroot, pumpkin, artichoke and rocket salad, all ingredients are carefully selected to create a unique, authentic, seasonal taste experience.
The finished pasta is then skilfully refined with selected ingredients by Chef Julian Waldner. We guarantee: The water will run in your mouth.
